General terms & conditions
By booking any advertising, flyer distribution or website advertising you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please note that any advertiser who does not pay for their advert(s) by the ‘due by’ date stated on the invoice, may have any advertising excluded from subsequent issues without prior knowledge. The advert(s) will then be reinstated when full payment of all outstanding invoices are made.

SPECIFIC POSITIONS IN THE MAGAZINE WILL ONLY BE GIVEN TO THOSE WHO PAY PROMPTLY. PLEASE CHECK ALL DETAILS ARE CORRECT ON YOUR ADVERT, WEBSITE, WEBSITE ADVERT OR LISTING PRIOR TO PUBLICATION.

If any advert is block booked, then cancelled before the full term of the booking, then the discount afforded by block booking will become payable..

ANY ADVERTISING BOOKED, THEN CANCELLED AFTER WE HAVE PRODUCED AND SEND OUT A PROOF WILL INCUR A CANCELLATION FEE OF £50+VAT.

Flyer Distribution

Full payment needs to be made before, or when you drop off the flyers. We reserve the right to refrain from distributing any flyers if full payment for the distribution hasn’t been made.
